Gemotions

The house seemed to hold its breath. A giddy energy fizzed inside of him as he reached the attic door. He felt a burning curiosity. He slowly pushed the door open. He took a single breath and walked inside.

He found a box of old tools, their metal surfaces gleaming dully in the dim light. He picked up a wrench, feeling the weight in his hand. He looked at each tool. He felt the need to get to work.

He found he had a sudden sense of confidence and power. He was filled with a sense of purpose. He felt a need to start, to build, to create. He grabbed a hammer and began to pound.
