"Well," said Leo, his voice tight with barely-contained energy. "This is... unexpected." He stared at the small, intricately carved wooden box. His sister, Maya, simply shrugged, as if she was used to their family's eccentricities. Inside, he found a collection of old, tarnished coins. He picked one up, turning it over in his hand, feeling the cold weight.

An almost overwhelming drive bubbled up. He needed to know their value, their history, the stories they might tell. He wanted to track down their origins.
