The old house felt empty, silent. Sarah wandered through the rooms, the ghost of her father’s laughter still lingering in the air. In his desk, tucked beneath a stack of bills, she found a small, unassuming notebook. She didn't want to open it, but the compulsion was too great. The first entry: "Become a trapeze artist." Her mouth fell open.
