Gemotions

The kindergarten classroom buzzed with activity, a cacophony of small voices and busy hands. Emily, a new teacher, observed a little girl, Sophie, meticulously coloring a drawing of a smiling cat with glowing eyes. The image felt eerily familiar.

Later, she found herself alone with Sophie, examining the drawing more closely. "Who is this?" she asked gently. Sophie beamed. "That's Whiskers! He's always with me!" Emily's breath caught in her throat.
