The clicking sound of the camera shutter had been a familiar sound in David's life. His photographic passion had always been his own. Now, his daughter, twelve-year-old Lily, had commandeered his studio.

The studio, once his sanctuary, had become Lily’s playground. Lily, with her keen eye and boundless curiosity, was constantly taking pictures, experimenting with different angles and lighting. David watched her, the memory of his own journey flooding back.

David's heart clenched as he saw Lily's dedication. He knew how important it was to find your passion. But he felt a need to keep it.

He walked into the studio. Lily was studying a print, her brow furrowed in concentration.

"What do you think?" she asked, without looking up.

David approached and studied the photo, the composition, the use of light. "It's… really good," he said softly, and looked at the girl.
