He waited, fidgeting with the pen on the small table. He needed therapy. It was the only choice left. He had been assigned to Dr. Gary Peterson. It was only when he arrived that he recognized the name. Gary Peterson, the guy who made his life a nightmare for the first eight years of school.

The door opened. Gary Peterson stood before him. He saw the recognition flash across his face. He quickly composed himself, but something in his eyes told him he knew who he was. “Please, take a seat,” he said, his voice softer than he'd imagined it could be. He watched as the man sat down, his shoulders slumped, and he took a deep breath.
