Gemotions

The snow fell softly, blanketing the city in a hush. Liam, a delivery driver, found the wallet half-buried in a snowdrift. He glanced at the contents: a large amount of cash, and a return address. He hesitated only briefly.

He drove to the address, and the warmth of the house washed over him. The woman who answered the door was overjoyed. She gave him a gift, which she asked him to give to his mother, who was ill. He drove back to his mother’s house, feeling a lightness in his step that he hadn't felt in a long time.
