"Mr. Silas Blackwood," again. The second package for the former tenant in as many weeks. Liam usually left these things alone, but he was home, and the sun was shining. He was at a crossroads in life and needed something, anything, to distract him.

He was surprised to find a hand-written letter, addressed to Silas. He hesitated, but then he read it. It was from a child, thanking Silas for teaching him magic tricks. Liam had always loved magic tricks.
