The neighbor's incessant yapping dog was driving Robert crazy. He could barely hear himself think, let alone focus on his work. He’d already lost concentration and a huge sale on the phone to this.

He focused on the warmth of the sun on his skin, the gentle breeze rustling the leaves outside his window. His apartment was safe and comfortable, with a nice view.

He took a deep breath, and his shoulders relaxed. He thought about his friend. He could spend time with them later. The barking, it seemed, faded into the background, and all of his problems seemed small.
