The email shimmered in Amelia’s inbox: *“Your Life, The Unauthorized Biography.”* She nearly dropped her phone. A biography? About *her*? She reread the subject line, a grin stretching across her face, almost splitting her cheeks. She clicked the attachment, her fingers fumbling over the mouse.

Inside, the words sang to her. The writer, some academic she'd never met, had somehow woven her mundane existence into a tale of quiet triumph. He'd even unearthed a forgotten poem she'd written in college, a piece she'd believed lost forever. Amelia bounced in her chair, a giggle escaping her lips. This was absolutely incredible!
