Gemotions

The attic was stifling, the air thick with the smell of decay and forgotten memories. Despite the less than ideal conditions, Liam felt a lightness, an almost giddy anticipation. It was a feeling he hadn't experienced in quite a while.

He stumbled upon a stack of old vinyl records, carefully wrapped in brown paper. He recognized the names, the artists. He remembered his grandparents' place, and the sounds it always had.

He couldn't contain his enthusiasm. "Yes!" he exclaimed, a smile splitting his face. He’d spend the rest of the day listening to them.
