He practically skipped into his apartment, unable to contain the energy surging through him. He was a whirling dervish of restless energy. He threw open the windows, letting the spring breeze rush in.

He found himself humming a jaunty tune, something he hadn’t done in years. His apartment, which usually felt small and cluttered, suddenly seemed spacious, full of potential.
