Gemotions

The receptionist had buzzed. "Flowers for you, Mr. Harrison." He practically sprinted to the lobby. The arrangement was enormous, a riot of color and fragrance. No card. His chest swelled. He felt like he could take on the world.

He brought the flowers back to his office, placing them on his desk. He found himself smiling at them every few seconds, a goofy grin he couldn't control. His work, which had seemed so tedious, now felt exciting and new.

He started brainstorming ideas, his mind buzzing with possibilities. The flowers were a catalyst, a spark. He felt invincible, as though anything was possible.
