The vibrant colors of the campus, usually so appealing, now seemed to mock her. Sarah clutched the email on her phone, her fingers trembling. The weight on her shoulders was almost unbearable, a tangible thing.

She saw other students laughing, chatting, moving freely, and felt isolated and alone. She felt a burning in her chest, a need to escape. Where could she go?

She felt as if she was surrounded by invisible walls, and that there was no way out. The library, once a source of comfort, now felt like another prison. She found herself unable to breathe, lost in a suffocating bubble of despair.
