Ms. Lee leaned against the cold brick wall outside the school, taking a deep breath. The suffocating feeling of the classroom, the demands on her time, were crushing. She felt a knot tighten in her stomach, a physical manifestation of her discontent.

She received a small, ornate key, sent by a student she had once taught, Daniel. It was attached to a card that simply said, "Unlock your potential."

She held the key, a tangible symbol of something she no longer possessed. She closed her eyes, the weight of her responsibilities pressing down on her, the life she now lived, the place she was now in, and the key felt useless.
