The fluorescent lights of the classroom seemed to buzz louder than usual. Liam avoided eye contact with Mr. Davies during the math lesson. A coldness had settled in his stomach the moment he realized his teacher was following him.

He couldn't help but wonder what Mr. Davies had seen on his profile. There were photos of him with his friends, playing video games, some candid shots at the beach. Nothing particularly embarrassing, but still… He felt exposed, as if a private part of his life had been invaded.

He kept his head down, meticulously scribbling notes, the pencil feeling heavy in his hand. Every time Mr. Davies moved around the classroom, a wave of discomfort washed over him, making him want to disappear into the floor.
