The familiar scent of sandalwood and old paper filled the antique shop, but all of a sudden, it felt threatening. He recognized the antique music box across the room. He felt his throat close up. The exact box he'd been meticulously restoring, the one he had planned to sell. The shop owner was showing it off to a potential buyer, describing its unique features. A cold sweat broke out.
