He felt a deep sense of wrongness, an internal discordance. His life, a narrative that had always been his own, was now someone else’s property. The unauthorized biography was filled with opinions he didn't share, conclusions he hadn't reached.

He stared at his reflection, as if seeing a stranger. The face in the mirror didn’t seem to belong to him anymore. The eyes looked lost.

He found himself constantly checking the locks on his doors, the windows. The feeling of being watched, judged, analyzed, had become a constant companion.
