The first page was enough. Leo tossed the book onto his desk, the sound echoing in his otherwise quiet apartment. His pulse quickened. He'd gone looking for it, yes, but encountering the reality of the unauthorized biography still felt like a punch to the gut. The arrogance of the author – a stranger – to think they could know him.

He pushed back from his desk, needing to move, to be in action. He paced his apartment, a restless energy coursing through him. He wouldn't let this slide. He had to respond. The injustice burned inside him.
