Gemotions

It was pure outrage that propelled him from his armchair. He'd heard the sound of the tow truck. He'd seen it back into his driveway. He was out the door. The driver, a young woman with a bored expression, was already hooking up the tow chain.

"What do you think you’re doing?" David asked. His voice was laced with a steeliness he rarely displayed. He approached the truck, his movements slow and deliberate.

She didn't respond. He stepped closer. He placed himself directly in front of the front bumper. She was going to have to deal with him, he thought.
