Gemotions

The sight of her journal, open on the communal desk, sent a jolt of heat through Clara. Her roommate, Olivia, was chatting animatedly on the phone, seemingly unconcerned with the journal's presence. Clara took a deep breath, and set off.

She strode over to Olivia, stopping directly in front of her. When the call ended, Clara spoke. "Olivia, I want to address something that's happened in this room."

Olivia looked up, a puzzled expression on her face. "What's wrong?"

Clara gestured towards the desk. "I believe you read my journal. I don’t appreciate that kind of behavior, particularly from my roommate.”
