The injustice choked him. His music, his soul poured into every note, was being used as a jingle for a fast-food chain. He felt a sharp pang of betrayal as he watched the commercial, the catchy tune he'd spent years crafting now reduced to mere advertising fodder.

He sat bolt upright in his chair, heart pounding. He had to stop this. He drove to the corporate headquarters of the offending company, his fingers drumming a relentless rhythm on the steering wheel.

He walked into the gleaming lobby, feeling his resolve hardening with each step. He met the eyes of the receptionist, and though his voice shook slightly, he delivered his message. “I am here to speak to whoever is responsible for this unauthorized use of my music.”
