Gemotions

The old dojo was quiet, unnaturally so. Kai missed the thud of Sensei Tanaka's feet, the sharp, decisive commands. His master had left, his final word a fleeting gesture and a note that read, "You have learned all I can teach." Kai’s knuckles ached as he gripped the wooden training sword. He had spent years under Tanaka's tutelage, honing his skills. Now, he would test them on the very equipment they had shared. He took a katana and slowly, deliberately, began to demolish the dojo itself.
