Gemotions

The world seemed to vibrate with a soft hum. Amelia had just come off stage after a particularly exhilarating performance, the music still echoing in her ears. Her skin was flushed, her voice hoarse, but she felt as though she could fly. She was practically shimmering.

Later, scrolling through social media, she found it. A post. A tattoo. A flawless recreation of the album art she had designed, now permanently etched on someone's calf.

She grabbed her phone and ran outside, eager to breathe in the cool night air.
