Gemotions

He woke with a start, a grin already plastered on his face. This was going to be a good day, he just knew it. He bounded out of bed, a spring in his step, and threw open the curtains, letting the bright sunshine flood the room. He felt an urge to create, to *do*, to make something beautiful. He started sketching furiously, ideas pouring out of him like a waterfall. He was just getting into a creative groove when a pop-up ad on his art tablet stopped him. It had a picture of his teenage diary cover. A cold dread seeped into him.
