"Well, now," Amelia declared, her voice bubbling with good cheer. The bakery, usually a blur of early-morning activity, felt different today. Everything seemed sharper, brighter. She'd been practically dancing around the kitchen, fueled by a deep sense of… something. As she swept the shop's sidewalk, she noticed it, a forgotten wallet lying near the curb.

She reached down, her movements quicker than usual. She opened it, her eyes widening. A ridiculous amount of cash. A giggle escaped her lips. The possibilities! She imagined the faces of her family, their wide eyes and surprise.
