The bright red invitation practically jumped out at Liam. He was halfway through his breakfast when it appeared. He put down his cereal and leaned back, a smile playing at his lips.

He looked around his apartment, the same apartment he'd occupied for years. Today, it seemed… different. He cleaned, rearranged the furniture. He felt a need to create a space that matched the energy coursing through him.

He dug out his old record player and filled the room with music. He started to dance. He danced and sang along to every lyric. He felt the rhythm taking over his body, moving him. He felt happy. He had to go to this reunion.
