The day felt like a song. Michael was filled with an exuberant glee. He'd spent the morning painting, and the colors had filled him with a powerful emotion. He walked into school feeling light, his heart full. It was then that a friend mentioned that Mrs. Garcia, his art teacher, was now following him on social media. His hands suddenly felt hot.
