The afternoon light streamed through the dusty windows of the spare bedroom, illuminating motes of dust dancing in the air. Sarah, humming a catchy tune, attacked the task of sorting old photographs. She felt a lightness, an almost giddy feeling that had her practically skipping around the room. In an old album, she found a letter, written in a cramped script, meant for her best friend.
