The very act of breathing was a pleasure. He found himself smiling at the flickering fluorescent lights and the dull beige walls of the office. The air smelled of possibilities. He practically vibrated with energy, eager to take on the day and the challenges it might bring.

He bounded into the break room, greeting each colleague with an expansive smile. The coffee tasted like liquid sunshine.

"You look like you're about to burst, Michael," his coworker, Chloe, observed, tilting her head. "What’s got you so… animated?"

Michael laughed. "It's this camp reunion. Camp Sunshine?"
