The world felt charged, alive, like a balloon on the verge of popping. Sarah felt the energy thrumming through her veins. She felt compelled to move, to create, to experience everything. The ordinary seemed extraordinary.

She whistled as she tidied the living room, a task she usually avoided. Then, in the back of a rarely used cabinet, she found a small, locked box. Her husband, Tom, was not a man of secrets, or so she thought. Her heart pounded in anticipation.

She found the key in his toolbox. Inside the box, a collection of gold coins and another box within. This one held a bank statement. The numbers blurred. The possibilities exploded in her head. She was ready to take off.
