He held the letter, his grandfather's draft resignation from a secret government agency, in the cold, sterile light of his apartment. He was the only one in the world who knew about it. The words, filled with cryptic phrases and veiled accusations, were unnerving. The date was from long before he was born.

He kept glancing at the security cameras, the street below. He was the one who could unravel everything. His fingers tightened around the paper.
