The lawyer’s words echoed in Elias's ears: "This is a serious breach of confidentiality.” He felt nothing but a hollow emptiness. But then, as he drove home, the idea flickered in his mind. He was holding the key to another person's secrets, their health issues, their private fears and anxieties.

He started small. A series of anonymous online posts. Then he found their social media accounts, and gradually began to share a carefully edited selection of the other patient’s personal information. A small dose of information at a time. He knew that the other patient's life would slowly begin to unravel.
