The internet was a gaping maw, and her diary was the offering. The comments, the shares, the mocking laughter — they all felt like a physical assault. She couldn't stop checking, couldn't look away, each click a fresh wound.

She felt as if she was being suffocated. The small apartment, usually her refuge, had become a prison. She closed all the curtains, wanting to shut out the world.

She couldn't eat, couldn't sleep. The very air around her seemed charged with judgment. She wrapped herself in a blanket, seeking some kind of protection.
