Gemotions

The old house always had a strange energy about it. Now she knew why. While exploring the attic, she noticed a small crack in the far wall, covered by a painting. It almost looked as if something had been deliberately hidden.

She moved the painting. Her breath hitched. There was a door. She didn't want to touch the handle, but her fingers were trembling as she reached for it.

The door creaked open, revealing a cramped space. The air inside felt thick and stale. She felt a deep sense of wrongness. A feeling of dread took hold, making her want to escape this place entirely.
