He stared at the television screen, dumbfounded. A celebrity chef was demonstrating how to make his 'Sea Breeze Ceviche' recipe, changing a few of the ingredients. He knew the dish, he knew the flavors. It was, or at least it had been, his. He felt an intense, internal pressure, a buzzing in his ears.

He’d only shared the recipe with his former coworker, Sarah, who had expressed a deep interest in his family’s ceviche.

He felt a curious mixture of disbelief and, strangely, pride. He reached for his phone, a smile playing at the corners of his mouth. This was surreal. He took a photo of the TV screen.
