The printout rustled in Sofia's hands. Liam, her husband, had written a novel about her. About *them*. He portrayed her as a bold, brilliant scientist who was changing the world! She knew he was proud of her, but this…this was different. She had not had any idea of all this.

She reread a specific passage about a recent disagreement they'd had, his interpretation of it making her heart ache and flutter. Her breath caught in her throat. She felt an overwhelming rush of something like joy.
