Gemotions

The artist, Leo Maxwell, unearthed the box behind his studio. He'd been looking for the water pipe that had burst. Inside were sketches of a landscape, a landscape that was familiar, but also strangely foreign to him. He found himself transfixed.

He looked at the sketches again, meticulously drawn. It was as if he’d found a window to a past that he couldn't access. He felt a chill go up his spine. He picked up his paintbrush and dipped it into paint, driven by an unknown force. He started to recreate the scene on a canvas, stroke by stroke.
