He stared at the screen, jaw clenched. *Tyler Harrison*. The name, just the name, was a physical blow. A dull ache settled in his chest, a ghost of old hurts. He'd worked so hard to put the past behind him, to build a life. Now this.

He tapped the screen, zooming in on the profile picture. He looked…older. Good. He hated the idea of Tyler being happy. He pressed his lips together, feeling his own blood pressure rise.

He slammed his fist on the table, making his coffee cup jump. He leaned back in his chair, trying to steady his breathing. He had a deadline. He had important things to do. But first… he had to block him.
