The doctor’s office suddenly felt very hot. She sat across from the physician, her gaze fixed on the open file. It wasn't her. The information, the details… they belonged to someone else. The images of a strong, healthy body, a stark contrast to the reasons she was there. A heat began to prickle beneath her skin. This wasn’t right.

The doctor was explaining how they would correct the mistake, but her attention had drifted. She found herself studying the physical measurements, the notes about physical activity. A strange pull in her stomach.

She cleared her throat. "Yes, well, it's just… interesting." Her fingers drummed against the table. She wanted to know more.

The doctor, unaware of her internal state, continued making calls. She felt her clothes become tight.
