The art gallery was filled with vibrant colors, but all Leo saw was gray. He sat on the bench, his shoulders slumped. He felt a throbbing ache in his temples, a tightness in his chest. Across from him, the woman, named Chloe, was pointing to a painting, but he could not concentrate. He looked at the floor instead, wondering what he could ever say. He’d had two "dates" today.
