Gemotions

The last thing Maya expected to find behind the bathroom mirror was another room. She'd been trying to hang it straight, cursing the uneven wall, when the mirror, surprisingly, tilted forward. There was a latch, a small, hidden one. She opened it, and a room became visible.

She felt a rush of blood to her head. It was… filled with books. Floor to ceiling, shelves packed with volumes. The air smelled of old paper and leather. She reached out, her fingers brushing against a worn spine. She felt a connection to this place, a feeling of belonging she never anticipated.
