He hadn't recognized her at first. The years had changed her. He’d come seeking help for his persistent nightmares, never imagining he'd find himself in *her* office. The woman who made his life so terrible in high school.

She looked at him with professional interest, her brow furrowed slightly. He swallowed hard. The room began to shrink around him. The air seemed thin, difficult to breathe. He felt a weird pressure building in his chest. And then she spoke, her voice the same tone as always, "So, what brings you here today?"
