The aroma of freshly brewed tea filled the small cottage. Clara hummed as she arranged wildflowers in a vase, their vibrant colors mirroring the feeling in her heart. She felt like a balloon, ready to float away, buoyed by an invisible and powerful force. The anticipation had lifted.

A phone call, stiff and formal, disrupted the peace. "Ms. Bellweather, we need to speak with you regarding your medical records..." the voice on the other end trailed off. "There seems to be an error..."

Clara, a smile blossoming across her features, put down the vase and grabbed the phone. "Oh?" she asked, her voice light and musical. "What sort of error?"
