The aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled Amelia's apartment, a perfect accompaniment to the Saturday morning sunlight streaming through her window. She hummed a little tune as she carefully arranged a vase of lilies, a gift from David. A smile played on her lips as she remembered their date last night, the way his eyes crinkled when he laughed, the warmth of his hand in hers. She felt as though the entire world had been painted in pastel colors just for her.

She skipped a little as she grabbed her phone, eager to text David a good morning message. Her fingers danced across the screen as she typed out a cheerful greeting. Suddenly, the phone vibrated. It was a message from an unknown number. "Hey! So glad you had a great time last night too! Can't wait to see you again soon!"

Amelia frowned. Who was this? And who were *they* seeing? A knot of unease tightened in her stomach.
