Gemotions

A symphony of colors exploded across the canvas as Michael brushed the final stroke of paint. He’d poured his heart into this piece, a painting dedicated to the memory of his childhood friend, Ben. He planned to deliver it to Ben's new art gallery. A giddy feeling washed over him, a sense of accomplishment and anticipation. He arrived at the gallery, filled with a burst of happiness.

"Ben, I'm here!" he called, his voice echoing in the pristine space. A tall, unfamiliar man turned, a questioning look on his face. "Are you looking for someone?" The air in the room thickened, and Michael felt a suffocating sense of disbelief. “I am Ben,” the man offered.
