The afternoon sun cast long shadows as Chloe meticulously sorted through her grandmother's belongings. She was in her element, the air filled with the scent of old perfume and mothballs. She had a feeling she was going to have a good day.

In a small, velvet-lined box, she discovered a letter. The envelope was plain, but the handwriting was instantly recognizable. The letter was labeled, "Draft Resignation – Secretarial Post." It was an invitation to a secret.
