The house was quiet, the only sound the soft hum of the refrigerator. As he held the list, a quiet thrill coursed through Henry. The pages of the book, where he found the list, felt warm to his touch. It was as if every cell in his body was singing.

He found it tucked inside her favorite novel, a book she loved. “Visit Italy.” He imagined her, navigating the narrow streets, her face lit up by the warm Italian sun. He felt a deep sense of peace.

He smiled as he kept reading. "Learn to speak Italian." He could almost hear her, attempting a new language and laughing about it. He knew he had to support her in every way possible. He closed his eyes. The future, with her, felt remarkably bright.
