The slow, methodical strokes of the brush against the canvas were the only sounds in the studio. Michael stepped back, assessing his latest painting. The vibrant colors and bold strokes seemed to almost sing to him. He was completely absorbed in his work, the process itself a form of meditation. He lost track of time.

His gallery owner, Sarah, entered, holding a canvas.

"Michael, I need to show you something," she said, her voice a little breathless. "A new artist… amazing work…"

The painting Sarah held was identical in every detail to Michael's. His eyes scanned it slowly, taking in every brushstroke. A quiet smile played on his lips.
