Gemotions

The air crackled with anticipation as he prepared for the evening. Music floated from the speakers, and he felt a lightness in his step as he moved. Tonight, was going to be good. Really good.

While searching for a specific book on his shelf, he stumbled upon a box of old papers. Among them, was a letter, addressed to his pet. It was the handwriting of his late father.

He sat back in his chair, a lump forming in his throat. He read the words, and his face lit up with such love and compassion. His father's spirit was alive and well.
